What better band for Halloween (or anytime of the year for that matter) than The Cure. From their "classic album" during a year (1989) when alternative/college rock was at its pinacle. You know that very small window when great subculture music is just entering breaking the mainsteam. R.E.M. , The Cure, Morrissey getting their dues, and playing the big shows.
