Sleeman's Honey Brown
I am here having what I consider Canada's greatest beer. Maybe the greatest beer period. Sleeman's Honey Brown. Actually any of the Sleeman's beers are great to me. I like Molson Canadian but Sleeman's is a real treat. I try to make my way up to Duty Free or the beer store once every month or two to get me a few 12's of this sweet nectar.
I wish that someone this side of the border would get smart and start carrying this beer. It was trialed at a few of our grocery stores but didn't stick. I really like the Pale Ale as well.
This is my favourite as well. If you need a budget version which isn't as good, but not bad for the price, give Lakeport Honey a try. It's a poor man's Sleeman's.
