I haven't been to Frizb's in a few Saturdays, this past Saturday I had a swim meet in Orchard Park and then my wife and I went to Toronto for the night to go to the Grey Cup Party in Toronto. The Saturday before, I had to spend time getting school work done.

So stay tuned this Saturday after swim practice may be the next Saturday at Frizb's. In the mean time, if you are from Southern Ontario or Buffalo area check out Frizb's. They are located in Kenmore and on Saturdays every one of their CD's is $5.
