This You Tube message while with good intent is a little over the top in terms of religious overtones coming from a guy seeking votes. Im not saying he shouldn't do a nice little thing for the holidays but shouldn't he acknowledge other religious beliefs? There are other holidays this time of year.

Christians are not the only ones who will vote in the upcoming elections and the feeling I get from him is that Christmas and Christianity trumps all anyway. If Im Muslim, Jewish or any other faith, Im scratching him off my list to vote for now.

And for the hundreth time, if religion is going to play that big a role where they are wasting time asking questions in debates about peoples faith rather than focus on the real issues then we need to start taxing churches for their influence because they are not innocent either. They lobby for their causes and have a tremendous influence over these candidates. Until churches stay out of politics they should be taxed.
