Here we are again. My wife is home with her bad back and I can't breath and basically feel run down and when I cough I feel like I can't stop.

I would still be sleeping but I can't breath through my nose and my lips are chapped and cracked from breathing through my mouth the last two days. So I took some liquid decongestant, some sudafed tablets and i have some throat coat tea and Im going to blow my nose for a while to free up a passage for air and then I will try to rest again.

My wifes back is not too good so she was told to take a few days to rest it as opposed to working and lifting 3 and 4 year olds.
