How Has This Not Happened More Often?
After watching last nights incident with Richard Zednik you have to wonder how that doesn't happen more often. Players necks are basically exposed for anything from a skate, puck or stick to get them in the throat. Fortunately, the announcement was made at the game that Zednik was in stable condition. For about 10 minutes it was dead silent at HSBC. Shades of Clint Malarchuk.
