After seeing those disgusting videos of those cows at the Hallmark Slaughterhouse I was absolutely disgusted. How anyone wouldn't be sickened by them is beyond me. No matter what walk of life you come from, you had to see those videos for what they were, animal abuse.

It was absolutely pitiful how those animals were being treated just so that slaughter house could get them to pass inspection and make an extra buck. The sad part is, at most slaughterhouses that is probably more the rule than the exception.

Even if the animals don't get abused like that, they are still living in deplorable conditions packed into small yard and fed unnatural diets of grain and hormones/pesticide and herbicide ridden food that we end up ingesting when we eat the flesh of the cow/pig or chicken.

So I am done eating meat, unless I see free range, organic, grass fed beef, Im going veggie. Its not just a health choice, its a personal choice now, if me not eating beef/meat saves one animal from that kind of treatment, I will have done my job as an American.
