I feel for all you Leaf fans who read this blog I really do. I hope things work out. I know the Leafs will always be number one in the great city of Toronto but after last night, I am inviting you to hop on the Sabres wagon for the rest of the year.

Can Thomas Vanek get any hotter? Every game lately is a two/three point game. All this season leading up to his hot streak you could see that he was working, you just doubted whether or not he lost the finish. Well I think we got our answer as he scored another game winner last night and added two helpers.

Again, Ryan Miller played outstanding only allowing one goal. The best part is, 7 points separate Buffalo from the top of the division after that win. They are a 4-5 game winning streak of being in the top four in the East.

Only thing that needs to happen is a long term contract for Brian Campbell.
