Thats right. It has double the carbs and protein as regular milk and is just the right combination for recovering muscles after a workout. In addition the calcium, sodium and sugar help to replenish the electrolytes in your system after a workout.

Gatorade, Propel, Powerade what the hell do they know, they have spent years coming up with sports drinks, and it has been "udderly" right there all along.
