The nice thing about the NHL Network is all the old playoff highlights we get to see. This channel rocks. If there is nothing at all on TV there is something on the NHL network. Its the fail safe station, you can always see highlights from the previous night, a classic game or a full length game they are picking up. Their announcers are awesome (much better than Versus) and they keep the action flowing.

 I could literally sit in one spot with beer of course and watch hockey 24 hours a day, seven days a week with no problem on this channel. Today they were showing old Islander highlights when they were winning cups back in the late 70's/early 80's. It made me go and dig up this little highlight of their fearless leader of that era whose career was cut way short by injury. Mike Bossy:
