The Joba Watch Goes Blind
"The Joba Watch" is now going into the surgeons office. Dr. James Andrews, three words pitchers hate to hear will look at Joba Wednesday and if you are like me and hate the Yankees you are hoping for a season ending shoulder injury for him.
Nothing would be better for diminishing the evil empires post-season hopes than losing Chamberlain. Lets keep our fingers crossed. Their rotation is now down to a 39 year old Mike Mussina and a 38 year old Andy Pettite, behind those two, there ain't much left.
The Jays are only 5 back of the Yanks, nothing would be sweeter than catching the Yankees and putting them in the fourth place hole right behind the Jays except for maybe a wild card berth. Right now I'd settle for catching the Damn Yankees.

I guess the body isn't up to the hype. really though, how do any of these guys abuse their arms and get away with it ??
