Caroline Kennedy is a perfect choice for New York's vacant senate seat. Yes Brian Higgins would be a decent choice, Byron Brown would be okay as well, but not perfect. Brown is working and doing well at getting the city of Buffalo turned in the right direction, he belongs in Buffalo and should continue his run as mayor. The last thing we need in Buffalo is a change, just when things could start going right, especially for all the downtown projects.

Brian Higgins is a Washington insider which in this time of change, is exactly what we don't want. Keep him local as a congressman.

Kennedy on the other hand, despite her critics claims, has the experience to do the job as senator and would be a refreshing breath of fresh air and would fit the mold of change in Washinton. Kennedy while still involved in political causes, as been involved from the outside looking in with various non-profit organizations.

She is president of the Kennedy Library Foundation, an advisor to the Harvard Institute of Politics and from 2002-2004 she served as director of the Office of Strategic Partnerships for the New York City Department of Eduction which she took a salary of $1. She raised more than $65 million for NYC schools.

She is also an attorney and serves on the Commission on Presidential Debates. Her books she has authored include In Our Defense: The Bill of Rights in Action and The Right to Privacy.

She is perfect. She has experience, on the outside of Washington and by life experience has already been molded for the job practically. She is not biased and won't be influcenced by dirty money or lobbyists. She really may be another honest politician. The other being Obama.
