The Bills in Toronto
Well, here we are, its the Bills day north of the border and the talk all revolves around whether or not they will leave for the great white north. Why are we already placing the nail in the coffin for the "Buffalo" Bills.
Yes they have a bad team but they aren't going anywhere, at least not for the next 5 years. Thats when this 8 game deal in Toronto comes to a close.
So lets focus on the game today. This game would have been so much more interesting had the Bills won one or two of their other games coming in and been say, 7-5 coming into todays game and at least tied with Miami. That said, a win today and they are all of a sudden potentially tied with Miami and the Jets and possibly with a New England loss one game out of first with games to play against the Jets and New England. The injuries are a major factor, but lets not give up just yet.
That said, since they are the "home" team and the roof of Roger's Centre does open why can't they have the roof open today and expose the Dolphins to the elements? Thats the whole purpose of a home game in December for Buffalo, to have teams come in, in December and be exposed to bitter wind chills and snow so the Bills can pick them apart. Has that question even been asked to Roger's Centre to have the roof open today to greet Miami? What is stopping them from opening the roof and having a true December home field advantage?
I would think thats the least they can do for the Bills since according to the doomsday people out there they will soon be the Toronto Bills.
