As I do every Sunday I post a classic retro tune. This week I am posting two videos of songs off the ARB Volume One.

The first is a song from Public Image Limited called Rise. PIL for short was formed by former Sex Pistols legendary frontman Johnny Lydon AKA Johnny Rotten. The work he did with PIL was a completely new sound from what he did with the Pistols and led the way for the post-punk era of the late 70's and 80's.

My second selection for this week is an artist simply called Gowan and CFNY listeners will be very familiar with their work. Gowan (Lawrence Gowan) is a Canadian musician who in addition to performing solo, Gowan has recently done work as keyboardist and vocalist for Styx of all bands.
