Volume Two next month?

Love the list - my commute in the am is an hour door to door, so I'm always creating playlists about 45 minutes long - so thanks for some of these suggestions!
One of my favorite NY days was when they would play the an original then a cover - I forget what they called it. What would some of your favorite "doubles" be?
I'll start off with All Along the Watchtower, Bob Dylan and XTC.
U2 also did All Along the Watchtower on Rattle and Hum
And it was integral to the last season of Battlestar Galactica!
Now to Lew's question, how about Dream Academy's Please Please Please (Let me Get What I Want) which was also done by the Smiths. I always remember putting one of the 2 versions at the end of Mix Tapes because it was nice and short :) Also - A New England by Billy Bragg and Kirsty McColl (RIP, Kirsty).
sweet!!!
Great List. There is only one song on there that I never played ( Gowan ) as I have never seen it in the old Brampton music library. I'm sure it was in there at one time, however someone might have lost/damaged it sometime in the early 1990's.
