The Definitive ARB List

| | Comments (8)

CFNY by you.

So far the response has been great, lots of good songs. Here is what I am going to do. Between now and Friday keep sending possibilities to go on the definitive CFNY All Request Breakfast list.

On Friday I will post a list of 12 songs to go on volume one. Thats right, there will be more than one.

On Sunday I will send the IMix over to Itunes and make it available as well as posting the final version of volume one in addition to some of the rare videos that go with those very songs.

I have another suggestion for our list as well. Kate Bush needs to be somewhere on that list as well as Simple Minds.

Agreed, Running up that Hill or Babooshka or Wuthering Heights would be a good addition. The Smiths were generally on the Breakfast alot as well (Panic) or in that same vein Morrissey - Everyday is like Sunday.

I'm anonymous......hmm why won't your site remember my info?

Fad Gadget, Collapsing New People
When in Rome, The Promise
Blue Peter, Don't Walk Past

One I requested almost every Saturday,
The Pukka Orchestra, Rubber Girl
Tom Robinson, Listen to the Radio
SSQ, Walkman On
The Fun Boy Three, The Lunatics (Have Taken Over The Asylum)
Q-Feel, Dancing in Heaven
Endgames, First Last for Everything

This and the ones posted above were part of my massive mp3 collection that went south when hard drive backup was hard to do.(for me anyways) I lost soooo much stuff when the crash of '97 happened. I felt like I lost a family member. Still have the list of mp3's and looking at it now, I'm getting that sick to the stomach feeling again. I have never recovered most of them. Toronto Mike helps once in a while. Maybe some day...
