I have to compare two songs this morning, Motley Crue's "Girls Girls Girls" and The Sex Pistols "Holiday in the Sun". Did the Crue rip off Holiday?

Its mostly in the beginning of both songs but you can hear a little of Holiday throughout Girls, Girls, Girls.
