Matthew Perry Deserves Better Than Sheen/Lohan
I haven't written one word about Charlie Sheen, Lindsey Lohan, Mel Gibson or any of the other drugged up, crazy Hollywood stars because well, they just were not worth the time. I am however writing about Matthew Perry.
I think there is a huge difference between Perry and the rest of the crazies the media loves to follow. Perry keeps it more or less to himself and doesn't make a spectacle of it. That and from what most of us have seen of him on the big screen and on TV he seems like a genuinely nice guy who just happens to have a problem.
He has a drug problem, but he hasn't gotten himself arrested, hasn't quit his job over it, hasn't gone on Youtube looking like a degenerate. He simply goes back to rehab and takes care of it.
I could care less what happens to Lohan and Sheen and the other crazys. I do however care about Perry, hes a decent actor, funny and at least in my eyes he still has his self respect. The others bring it on themselves and they deserve what ever they have coming to them, Perry though deserves the best, he should be in the media for taking care of his problems the right way. Admitting to them and acting on them and not getting himself in even deeper.
Matthew Perry deserves the best from rehab and second or even third chance. I hope he gets well.
